Like the other books in the series, OAR #3: Expedition to the Barrier Peaks reprints the original adventure as it first appeared, as well as showcasing a Fifth Edition translation. The original adventure was written by none other than Gary Gygax, while the modern adaptation was tackled by Michael Curtis.
